The house is arranged over 2 levels and totals approximately 160 m². During the restoration many original materials were recovered and integrated with modern and energy saving technologies through the use of natural and ecological materials and paints.

The previous owners obtained planning permission to install a pool in the upper garden level and although the planning permission lapsed in 2019 it could easily be reinstated.
