Aragorn and Haleth: If Ralph Bakshi Directed The Two Towers

In The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), Aragorn comforts a young boy named Haleth—who is about to fight in the Battle of Helm's Deep—with the words:
"There is always hope."

Ralph Bakshi's approach in the 1978 The Lord of the Rings was quite different from Peter Jackson's, though arguably more consistent with Tolkien’s portrayal of Aragorn.

Aragorn: "Give me your sword. What is your name?"
Haleth: "Haleth, son of Háma, my lord. The men are saying we will not live out the night—they say it is hopeless."
Aragorn: "This is a good sword, Haleth son of Háma... There is always..." what?
