In this video Mike shows you how to properly give Parsley a haircut, how to debone chicken thigh to make it cook easier, and how to look sharp without any effort.

Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken Thighs
Parsley
Vegetable Oil
Lime
Garlic
Jalapeno
Salt
Pepper

Debone the chicken thigh by making two cuts, one on each side of the bone and then a third cut from the top of the bone down to cut the bone away from the chicken.

In a bowl toss in 2-3 garlic cloves, part of a jalapeno diced (the more the spicier), salt, pepper, oil, parsley and the juice of 1-2 limes. Add the chicken and either cover and let sit for up to 24 hours or wait a few minutes, and cook.

Heat a pan over medium high heat, place in a little bit of oil and cook skin side down. Let it cook on this side, untouched for around 7 minutes to let the skin get nice and crispy, once it looks extra delicious and golden flip over and cook on the other side. If the chicken is on the thicker side cover the pan with a lid, turn heat to medium and let it sit there cooking through. Touch the chicken to feel if it is done, making sure it does not feel raw on the inside. If you need to you can always cut in to one piece and see if it is cooked.

Take chicken out, let it cool for a few minutes (if you can wait that long), slice it and enjoy.

Chicken Breast is great but Chicken Thigh is easier to make, harder to screw up, has more flavor and is cheaper. Boom!
