Army Launches Performance Bonus Program for Recruiters
In this video I explain the new Army Performance Bonus Program for Recruiters and share my thoughts on the program.
The new program will pay recruiters quarterly cash bonuses based on the recruits' scores on the Armed Forces Qualification entry test, which rates applicants' performance on a one to 99 scale relative to how their peers perform on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test.
