How to Get Tyrant to Create a Shortcut Through the Press Room - Resident Evil 2 Remake

I was doing my Leon (2nd) S+ Rank Playthrough and I had something happen that hadn't happened in my previous playthroughs. Tyrant breaks through the wall from the Press Room to the hallway outside the Interrogation Room. I ended up getting killed and had to go through it again, and he didn't break though. After repeating it a few dozen times, I found a way to make it happen pretty consistently. The video starts right after you put the fire out on the helicopter and go back inside. I cut out the part where I solve the Portable Safe because that isn't really helpful. Some things to note:

*You have to make him take a knee at the helicopter. If he gets too far one way or the other, it won't work.
*You can't go back up the stairs too quickly. If you make it past where he should break through and he doesn't, go back into the Interrogation Room and try again.
