Vinegar to wash the fish 1cup
Salt to wash the fish 2tbs
Salt for recipe 1tbs
Red Chilli Flakes 1tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tbs
Cumin Powder 1.5tbs
Coriander Powder 1.5tbs
Carom Seeds Powder 1/2tbs
Ginger Powder 1/6tbs
Garlic Powder 1/4tbs
Citric Acid 1pinch
Garam Masala 1/2tbs
Utensils:
Tub for water for vacuum sealing
Freezer Safe Zipper Bags
