1 kg Mutton
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
8-10 green chillies paste
1 cup yogurt
coriander and mint leaves

1 cup oil
3 onions
1 tsp pepper corns
6-7 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp milk cream

1 kg rice
2 bay leaves
4-5 cloves
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp salt
