Join me as I explore the technical aspects and find solutions to enhance its performance. First, I tackle the issue by cleaning the motor control system. However, cleaning alone is not sufficient. To improve functionality, I implement a capacitor change, which has a significant impact on the system, resulting in noticeable improvements during the tuning process. I also examine the alignment process, aiming to meet the recommended 460kHz IF frequency. Interestingly, it appears that the auto tuning system may have intentionally adjusted the frequency slightly lower than instructed. To confirm my suspicions, I conduct an experiment by sweeping the auto tuning system and analysing the results. Join me as I draw conclusions based on the evidence presented.
