“Nashville” 1985 Tourism Promotional Video

This is a 1985 video, produced by CityScape Productions, to promote tourism in Nashville, Tennessee. As Nashville has changed so dramatically over the decades, this video serves as a beautiful time capsule of what Nashville was like in the mid-1980s. It features landmarks still standing today, such as The Parthenon and Ryman Auditorium, as well as those of a bygone era, such as Opryland USA. We also get a glimpse of Summer Lights, an arts festival formerly held downtown, and Fan Fair, the predecessor to today's CMA Music Festival.
