Blatant retaliation attempt by the Pasco County Sheriff.

I was headed to work on my bicycle when I was unlawfully detained by Aiken 3942.

He told me I was free to go and that no crimes had been committed and I started to walk my bicycle back home.

When I tried to return home Aiken claimed I was a racist because I called him Snoop Dog out of anger. He resembled Snoop Dog. Someone needs to tell all my black friends that I am a racist (LIE!) so they can stop associating with me.

When I tried to walk my bicycle back home they stopped me again and claimed that I was legally obligated to ID (LIE!) or else I could not go back home.

After many threats of arrest out fear, threat, duress, and coercion I gave them my address only.

Immediately the corporal kept saying my first and last name over and over again with a smirk on his face.

They took this information and stalked out my residence and started issuing retaliation citations for approximately 800.00

They illegally forced me to ID under threat, duress, and coercion.

They issued fraudulent citations in retaliation to a house I don't own.

They threatened my wife with retaliation.

Aiken issued 3 bicycle citations even though the night of the contact he told me I was NOT being detained and that I had broken no law. These citations were 5 days after the contact.

The Pasco County Sheriffs violated my rights that evening under threat of violence.

The reason I wanted to remain anonymous was so that they could not target me or my wife. Once they illegally ID me they targeted my wife and I and just proved my point.

The police committed several felonies that day including but not limited to title 42 USC 1983.

When I informed them of this the corporal said I would love to see you pursue that law.

When Devilla showed up again two days later and I told him that his citation was fraudulent because I am not the owner of the house he said do I need to issue your wife a citation.
