Vlog# 11: How to make PICKLED MANGO (easy steps)

Materials:
A Mason Glass Jar
Ingredients:
1 whole large unripe green mangoes peeled, pitted, and sliced.
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
2 Teaspoon salt
2-3 Table spoon granulated sugar
3 cloves Garlic
1 mason glass jars washed, sterilized
Instructions
1: Mix the vinegar, and sugar. Stir the brine well. Soak the mangoes in this brine overnight in a glass. Cover loosely and set aside. .
2: Wash and sterilize the glass jars and caps. Rest the jars on the counter to cool down so they're easy to handle.
3: Arrange the mango strips vertically inside the glass mason jars.
When syrup has cooled at room temperature, pour into the jars which have the pickled mangoes.
Cover and close the jars tightly with the lids.
Storage: Store in refrigerator. Keep for up to 1-2 months chilled.
