Greyhound Experience in USA

I think Traveling on the Greyhound is something we should experience at least once in our lifetime.
Even though,I've been hearing bad experiences people have had with Greyhound bus services, the cleanliness of the bus itself, to the quality of the driving, and even the quality of people
I very felt excited to be along with more than 12 hours long ride from San Antonio,Texas to Huntsville, Alabama.
