It's a pancake like batter. very thin, eggs, cilantro type greens and bean paste. The cracker is not too sweet and provides texture more than flavor. I made this video before I knew how to speak Chinese and the title is totally spelled wrong. It's not Dam Bi. Sorry. It should be Jian Bing. This was shot in Shanghai.

As for the girl....I had no Idea she would be so popular. I know nothing about her. Again Sorry. 2:24
