Microblading is the semi-permanent brow-boosting procedure. It's a technique using a super-fine pen (technically, a bundle of 12 to 15 needles) to deposit pigment into the skin. The tip is so fine, in fact, that it can create hair strokes that look legit. The needles reach only into the superficial layers of the skin, which is what makes the method semi-permanent.

Immediately after the procedure, the pigment will appear very sharp and dark. This is because the pigment is still seating on top of your skin and has not yet settled in completely. The color of the pigment will soften gradually. Compared to other techniques, microblading gives a very natural look and better simulates hair.
