Getting some sun exposure in the later parts of the afternoon gives a release of the melatonin hormone, which regulates our circadian rhythm. That helps you get a sound sleep.

Note that the purpose is not to get vitamin D production in the skin. So you can even stand in the office cabin window and look outside. The outdoor light should hit your eyes, and it need not be bright enough, either.
