RCPath International Activities Webinar - Overseas Doctors
This video covers the College’s Sponsorship schemes, which allow International Medical Graduates to register for GMC full registration. The video covers the Medical Training Initiative (MTI), which was subsequently launched by the Department of Health in 2009. It is designed to allow medical graduates to come to the UK to undertake clinical training in the NHS for a maximum of 24 months before returning to their home country, providing they have the support of the relevant Royal College. This video provides information for overseas organisations and doctors looking to join either scheme. If you have any questions about these schemes, please email international@rcpath.org
