An interview with a Kenyan doctor at the 2nd All African People's Conference in Tunis, Tunisia.

Also, Joseph Mathenge, a Kenyan political leader speaks on the achievements of the conference.

The conference was primarily concerned with the ongoing Algerian War of Independence and adopted a motion proposed by the Algerian and Moroccan delegates for an "international corps of volunteers" to go to fight in Algeria which would be modelled on the International Brigades that had fought in the Spanish Civil War in the 1930s.

It also condemned France's nuclear tests in the Sahara.

The conference also debated the question of neocolonialism.
