Sandy the Gem Dog - Sims 3 Legacy Ep 2

Hey guys! Welcome back to the Sims 3. Today we official start our adventure and build a house for Bridget and Sandy. Sandy is also learning some new tricks to better care for her loving owner.
A note: I am experimenting a bit with audio on this vid, please, PLEASE let me know if the changes are noticeable, and also if they are better or worse than other vids. If this is an improvement, I can use similar tricks on other pre-recorded vids. I'm sure additional improvements can still be made, so please let me know if additional experimentation is needed.
