Heat Transfer - Chapter 2 - Example Problem 6 - Solving the Heat Equation in Cylindrical Coordinates
We derive the temperature profile for a cylindrical wall at steady state with no generation using the Heat Equation in cylindrical coordinates. We use constant surface temperature boundary conditions at each side of the wall. We also plot temperature, flux, and flow of heat as a function of r through the wall.
