Rudolf Steiner's exercises from the lecture cycle Overcoming Nervousness are an application of the eightfold path. Theodor explains the different forms of nervousness, the involvement of the different layers of our being in the exercises and the impact of the exercises on daily life. He also shows how everyday exercises can be deepened and strengthened through eurythmy. He gives suggestions on how you can do the exercises yourself and invites you to organize a group yourself or take part in the guided group course of Eurythmy4you.
