Cher Rock Hall of Fame Inductee 2024 - Hits Medley, Take Me Home Live in Vegas

The 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees were announced April 21, 2024, on American Idol by Ryan Seacrest and 2022 inductee Lionel Richie. A Tribe Called Quest, Cher, Foreigner, Dave Matthews Band, Kool & the Gang, Mary J. Blige, Peter Frampton, and Ozzy Osbourne were announced as the performers being inducted.

Cher's induction comes after she publicly rebuked the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year for never nominating her. "I wouldn’t be in it now if they gave me a million dollars," she said on The Kelly Clarkson Show in December. "I’m never gonna change my mind,” she declared. “I mean, they can just you-know-what themselves."

Her August 28, 1999 HBO performance is an explosion of color, fashion and excitement as Cher hits the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. In a show rich in sequins, velvet, lace and great music, Cher celebrates her return to the top of the charts with the ' 'Do You Believe' ' Tour 1999 - the high energy experience that is Cher in concert.
