Many times due to the past civil conflicts,many structures were destroyed also by #floodsinsouthsudan and thousands lost their lives including displacement victims and refugees who fled to seek safety in the neighbouring countries like Uganda,D.R.congo,and Kenya. #floods But following the cease fire deal to sign peace and reconciliation,the city has rapidly bounced back in to full swing even growing faster than expected
