Balsa (Ryan Homan's Life Story) | Maalaala Mo Kaya Recap (With Eng Subs)

Blessed with a supportive father in Ramon (Joey Marquez), Ryan (Zanjoe Marudo) manages to finish his studies despite their financial struggles. Ryan then decides to become a teacher to help kids from their area achieve their dreams as well. However, he discovers that most of his students abandon their studies because they either come from remote communities or are forced to work by their parents. Refusing to give up on his students, Ryan tries to provide the kids with alternative classes aboard a bamboo raft. Despite his noble cause, Ryan realizes that his actions require sacrifices and come with consequences. (With English Subtitle)
