THE BIG FALLS HIKE MT CHARLESTON, NEVADA

Located at Mt Charleston right outside of Las Vegas, is a really cool waterfall hike that I actually did for the first time. The trail starts off on the Mary Jane Falls trail which is a separate waterfall hike. But unlike Mary Jane, this waterfall is more than just a trickle but a full flowing waterfall. This trail is 2.7 miles round trip and almost a 1000' of elevation gain. It does involve some scrambling and route finding but I was very impressed when I got to the waterfall!
