Ixtapa Zihuatanejo - Paradise Part 2

We are back to one of our favorite destinations in Mexico. Ixtapa! This time our in-laws decided to join us for some fun. We stayed in Las Brisas hotel for the second time. I have to say the experience was not as great as our first visit. Although there has been a lot of craziness going on with Covid the last year. We learn the new management team wants to take a different approach in the way the operate. Clearly this is affecting service, food, and overall culture. Many of the employees we spoke with seem frustrated and claim to being overworked. Sadly i don't think we will visit the hotel again.

The grounds are amazing, and love the exclusivity of the location. Perhaps in a couple of years we try again.
