Costa Fortuna is a cruise ship of the Genoese company Costa Crociere.
Built at the Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa, it was followed a year later by the twin Costa Magica.
Built on the modified structure of the Carnival Cruise Lines Destiny Class, it was christened on November 6, 2003 by Maria Grazia Cucinotta and during her maiden voyage she hosted the soprano Katia Ricciarelli on board.
In 2015 Costa Fortuna was used as the setting for some scenes from the Christmas film Caribbean Holidays.
In February 2019 she sailed from Singapore, where some environments were restyled [2], and returned to the Mediterranean Sea.
