Trump, Mamdani Hold 'Positive' Meeting, Relate Over Affordability: Full Remarks

President Trump and New York City Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani told press that they had a positive meeting and related over issues of affordability for New Yorkers, with the president going so far as to say that he feels confident Mamdani will do a good job and he would feel 'very comfortable' living in Mamdani's New York. The two struck a friendly tone and President Trump told reporters that he 'hopes' they meet again.
