As part of my goal to take better care of myself this year, I've started using essential oils. I'm a HUGE fan of aromatherapy (smells can take me back to a moment instantly and they can calm and energize me), so this seemed like a natural thing for me to start dabbling in! Essential oils are extracted from botanicals through steam distillation, resin tapping, and cold pressing and can offer many cosmetic and health benefits. Let me share with you some really simple beginner DIYs you can make for yourself and for your home with essential oils PLUS I'm sharing a FREE graphic file so that you can make your own pretty labels for your finished creations.
