John Adams Society: The First Anniversary
The John Adams Society, the association for alumni of Embassy-sponsored exchange programs, celebrated its first birthday on March 6, 2012. The Society marked the milestone by holding its first AGM and a celebratory reception at the U.S. Embassy in London. In this video UK alumni discuss why being part of the alumni community and JAS in particular is so important to them, and special AGM guest speaker Ambassador Adam Ereli from the State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs also reflects on why UK alumni have a vital and continuing part to play in fostering the "special relationship."
