Skater XL - Full Review: Is it really worth $40 with nothing to do?

Skater XL is the most realistic skateboarding sim to be released so far. But there are only a few levels, and not a lot of structured content to get through. Is it worth picking up?
I'm playing the Steam version in this video. It's also on PS4, Xbox One, and eventually the Switch.
