Land rover 4.4 timing chain tensioner replacement/ engine in

So if you watch my Vlog you know that we were doing and Engine in a 2006 land rover LR3 with the 4.4 V8 our timing components were in very very good condition so we reused them but during the reciting procedure. Of the timing chain tensioner’s for the cam gears we must’ve done something wrong so we needed to replace it luckily we were able to simply remove the valve cover and the coils and it took us about three hours to figure out how exactly how to do it but I would think most people could get it done in an hour or so. There’s a few shenanigans in the video but I left them in. Because I enjoyed it I think it was funny. Hopefully the video helps you with your ride this procedure is the same for the 2006 2007 2008 2009 land rover LR3 with the 4.4 this procedure is for the passenger side head but I do believe that it would also work on the driver side head as well.
