This week I give you my best self-love and self care tips in my self-care mental health vlog. I show you 10 ways that I practice self love and self care, and share my health journey this year and how it has affected my mental state. When I practice my self care routines I look at it from three angles: mind, body, and self. In my self love routine I have options where I let myself rest, and versions where I challenge myself too. Practicing self love can be big or small! The important thing is that we make some part of it accessible to us in our daily life. Practicing self care isn’t always easy. When life piles up it can be hard to put ourselves first. But it is the corner stone to being able to be present for everything else!
