This foal doesn't know what it's like to be free... | Algarve Horse Alarm #4

In this video we visit some horses, a donkey and a mule in the neighbourhood that are in bad conditions. Most of them are attached to a rope, they don't have shelter, company, water or food (all the time). There is even a foal who doesn't know what it's like to be free, because she has always been attached to a rope. Algarve Horse Alarm is a foundation that helps and educates horse owners and rescues neglected horses in the South of Portugal. Unfortunately they can't help these animals, because their owners are not willing to sell the animals to the foundation and authorities are also not inclined to rescue these animals.
