HOW TO SAVE $1000 OR MORE insulating your attic - safe, easy and cheap - DIY

In this video I have my wife help me insulate the attic above our garage. Total cost was below $500 with all things considered. It wasn't very fun, but we made the best of it. Now that it's a few weeks into full winter I can say the garage is much warmer than it was last season! Seems to stay about 8 degrees warmer than before the insulation. Doesn't sound like a lot but it FEELS much better. A long sleeve tshirt is all I've been wearing while working out there and no heater needed. That's a HUGE difference over last year.
