steampunk cake

A quick look at a steampunk airship cake I made for a client. I used dry ice and LED lights for the effects. This cake took three days to bake and decorate. Definitely one of my favorites :) The cake is vanilla flavored with mocha buttercream filling. The decorations are made from modeling chocolate and fondant. Yes it's a REAL cake :)
