PICADILLO TACOS And Salsa

Today I am making Mexican Style ground beef called picadillo, with homemade salsa and tortillas, to make tacos. I am making a larger quantity today for lunches. Please check below for the measurements and ingredients used for the picadillo and salsa. I will also include recipe links for soft flour tortillas.

**THE GRIDDLE Is a granite stone griddle
I purchased from The Home Goods Store

INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp (45 ml ) cooking oil
5 lbs (2.26 kg ) ground beef (I used 85/15 meat to fat ratio)
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) russet or golden Yukon potatoes
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 large bell peppers
6 tsp beef bouillon powder
5 tsp garlic powder
5 tsp onion powder
3 to 4 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

SALSA
1 lb (454 g) Roma tomatoes
3 medium tomatillos (105 g)
half of a medium onion
1/2 lb (227 g) poblano peppers (leave the seeds in for more spice)
3 large cloves garlic
8 chile de arbol (leave the seeds in for more spice)
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
