Fish cake recipe:
100g baby food ( i used the salmon one from sainsbury's)
2 large mashed potatoes

Oat bites:
100g ground oats ( blitz oats in a blender for a fine flour type powder )
100g baby food pouch ( i used a green veggie pouch )
2 tsp maple or coconut nectar
1/2 tsp baking powder
milk of your choice jut a little at a time to form the right consistency. ( 2oz)
