Ingredients：
500 grams of prawns, washed
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1.5 tablespoon light soy sauce.
1-2 teaspoon abalone sauce
cornstarch mixture (1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoon)
3 sprigs of spring onions
vegetable oil for stir-fry
