The Persistent Widow - why you never stop praying! [S02E32]

We HATE waiting don’t we? Just like we don’t like to wait for websites to load, for our food to come, or for traffic lights to turn green we don’t like to wait for God to answer our prayers!

In the parable of the Persistent Widow God teaches us what it means to wait and how we are to have the same tenacious faith like the widow did.

What are some reasons God doesn’t answer prayer:
1. May not be God’s timing,
2. May not be God’s will, OR
3. Lack of Faith

What is the solution to actually getting the answer to our prayers?
1. Always pray: “Pray without ceasing” 1 Thessalonians 5:17
2. Not to give up or get tired of praying: “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9
