Virtual Cookie Exchange Collab

Hi Everyone! I am participating in a Virtual Cookie Exchange Collab w/MyEverydayWifeLife! Thanks Michelle!! I am sharing a recipe for Chewy Sugar Cookies, they are super easy to make and delicious!!

Chewy Sugar Cookies

1 1/4 C. AP Flour 1 C. Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt. 1 Stick Room Temp Butter
1 Large Room Temp Egg 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine Flour, Salt, Baking Powder in a bowl, set aside.
Cream together Butter, Sugar, Vanilla and Egg
Mix Dry Ingredients into Butter and Sugar mixture.
Roll Tablespoon sized portions of cookie dough into balls.
Place on half sheet pans lined with parchment.
Bake 11minutes in Preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Cool on racks
Recipe yields 24 cookies (can be doubled, no adjustments needed)
