Hair Factory Tour - Hair Extensions in India - 1 Hair Stop

Since a lot of you guys don't know what a hair factory looks like, we thought we'd show you around our factory so that you get a little understanding as to what goes into making the best hair extensions in India.

Here is a short summary of our process -

1. We source all our hair from temples in South India.
2. At our three Hair Extensions manufacturing units in Hyderabad, India, the hair is rigorously cleaned and shampooed to remove all dust, nits, lice, and other impurities.
3. The hair is hackled to make sure all the hair tops are even, which makes for even and seamless sewing of the hair for our extensions.
4. From knotting hair strands onto the lace to meet hair topper needs, doing a machine weft with double stitching to prevent shedding and carefully creating tape extensions to making halos and clip-in extensions, we do it all in our factory.
5. The final products are washed and conditioned before they are dispatched to our customers.
