TikTok Spotlights Rising Queer Creators as Pride Content Surges Due To Pride Month

TikTok has unveiled its Pride Month programming, highlighting a group of rising LGBTQ+ creators and small business owners who are making an impact across the platform. According to TikTok, the initiative celebrates “the extraordinary creativity of the LGBTQIA+ community by recognizing eight creators and small business owners who continue to educate and inspire.” The selected creators represent a variety of categories and will be featured across TikTok’s official channels throughout Pride Month. They will also receive added visibility through the platform’s Pride Hub, which will remain active all month long. TikTok says engagement around Pride-related content continues to grow. Between April 29 and May 28, 2026, posts using the hashtag #PrideTikTok increased by 64 percent, while posts using #Pride rose by 77 percent. The company says the growth reflects how users are continuing to express themselves authentically and celebrate Pride 2026 on the platform.
