frist open motherboard from cabinet...then power on if same problem found disconnect 4 pin smps connector. power on again watch cpu fan if cpu fan spin continue then problem come from vrm section . check one by one component and trace faulty component and replace. if problem not coming from vrm section then check RAM and other hardware which connect with motherboard. 100% sure you can find the problem. Thank you
