Highlights of our gorilla trekking experience at Bwindi

We actually chose to do two gorilla treks, and the second one was as good, if not better, than the first.

We couldn't believe our luck. Every blister was forgotten the instant we laid eyes on these animals quietly and contently living their jungle lives. Babies playfully climbed all over their mothers and siblings, and some of the more adventurous youngsters chased each other up the trees while we watched, in total awe.
