The Real Difference Between a Coach and a Mentor

I have a funny story for you. 12 years ago, I was traveling around the world doing NLP training, dabbling with neuroscience & physics - nothing you would pay me to do today…

And someone asked me, “Keri do you coach? Can I hire you?”

“Um…SURE. YES. I’m a coach!?”

And the rest is history. The funny thing is -- I was a coach all along, helping people reach their goals, I just didn’t know the right term.

And now over a decade later, I’m still going strong, helping women all over the world actualize their dreams.

But something occurred to me the other day…having a coach is not enough. I owe a lot of my success to the mentors in my life that have guided the direction I have taken and inspired me to step into greatness. Many times my coaches became my mentors as well.
This week, I want to share the most important distinctions between coaches and mentors.
