King Charles makes historic address to US Congress

The King has become just the second British monarch to give an address to the US Congress, after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The story of the UK and US "is, at its heart, a story of reconciliation, renewal and remarkable partnership", the King tells Congress.

Charles says the two countries have forged a friendship that has become "one of the most consequential alliances in human history".
