Last Solar Eclipse of 2019
Solar Eclipse is where the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth. This casts a shadow on the earth which blocks the rays of the Sun from falling on the Earth.
There are two types of Solar Eclipse.
Annual Solar Eclipse.
It occurs when the Moon covers the Sun's center, leaving the Sun's visible outer edges to form a “ring of fire” or around the Moon.
Total Solar Eclipse.
This is when the moon completely hides the sun and people can not see the sun at all. There is total darkness on earth as the Sun’s rays are completely blocked by the moon.
