29. How much we paid for our off-grid Finca, how we did it and the legalities / permissions involved

Buying an off grid Finca. Today we go through the whole buying process and it's pitfalls in Spain, what motivated us and led us to buy the Finca plus the legalities / permissions involved with a restoration project and how to get them.

1200€ Sellers fees (we agreed to pay these as he accepted our low offer).
3900€ Purchase fees and taxes
2800€ Additional retrospective taxes levied by the ayuntamiento, as they valued the property at much more than we paid.....
