I made the Magnetic Leather Keychain Thing from Pinterest

Every time I'm on Pinterest scrolling around, it inevitably shows me leather projects. Some look amazing! But some just look a little bit too impractical, or like they just won't work at all.

The last project was the pen holder, and it's still on my bench to this day. So I wanted to try the next most popular project it shows me - a magnetic keychain holder that can be used as a nice place for the whole household to keep their keys after a long day.

This one took two weeks to get right, but in the end I'm glad I stuck though with it. It's not the prettiest, but it's a solid concept that I put my own spin on and will definitely be making for my own house. It's also a super unique piece of leathercraft that isn't terribly hard to make, and would make a great gift!
