EXPLORING ABANDONED RUSSIAN AIRBASE IN PEENEMUNDE

Researching WW2 sites in Peenemunde I was hijacked by a local explore who showed me how to sneak in to this old Cold War Russian / East German Air-force base. It was a beautiful old building with some amazing features. and a lot left behind and sadly they are about to tear it down so this may be the last look at a quite iconic place. And if anybody in the East served there and have stories or pictures please share. Great urban exploration great place new friends.
